About The Specter Partnership: The Specter Partnership has four offices nationally, employing over 100 staff. The London office is situated in EC1 in the heart of the city and is very accessible being 100 metres from Farringdon tube station. The Wirral office is located within the HM District Land Registry which affords us access to property information throughout England and Wales. Our Commercial Insurance team have offices in Warrington, Cheshire and our Hemel Hempstead (Hertfordshire) offices help provide legal services nationally.
