Residential Conveyancing - Selling

Whether you are selling up and moving on, or selling and buying a new property, it is important for everything to be dealt with efficiently.

Our conveyancing solicitors will obtain details of the whereabouts of your deeds, obtain them, and once the sale is agreed, send a draft contract and supporting papers to your buyer’s solicitors.

You will be asked to answer questions concerning the property and to provide a list of fixtures and fittings to be left. Our conveyancing solicitors will be happy to help with these issues and to respond to any questions you might have.

We will work to ensure the sale exchanges and completes at the same time as any related purchase, always aiming to work to preferred timescales.

Our conveyancing solicitors will liaise with estate agents and any other brokers and pay their fees if required to do so from the proceeds of the sale. We will ensure any mortgage on the property is repaid and evidence of this is obtained.
