Residential Conveyancing - Buying & Selling
We will deal with your conveyancng transaction from the moment you put in your offer. We will investigate the legal title to the property, as well as any other issues affecting the property, ensuring that a fair contract is agreed and drawn up for you to sign once you are ready to exchange. We will prepare all the required paperwork in readiness for completion to take place, and we will register your ownership of the property with HM Land Registry.
Our conveyancing solicitors openly communication and liaise with the solicitors of the seller at all times to ensure both parties are working to the same timetable. Our online case tracking system wil allow you and your estate agent to view the up to date position of your case whenever you like.
Our conveyancing solicitors will locate your deeds, obtain them, and once the sale is agreed we will draft up a fair contract together with supporting papers and send to your buyers solicitor for their clients to sign.
You are required to provide a list of fixtures and fittings to be left, and we will assist you with this and be on hand to answer any questions you have.
We will ensure that your sale exchanges and completes smoothly and at the same time as any related property purchase. We always strive to work to your preferred timescales.
Our solicitors will liaise with estate agents and any other brokers and pay their fees, if required, from the proceeds of sale. We will ensure any outstanding mortgage on the property is repaid and evidence obtained.
