PI/RTA Legal Secretary with RTA experience required
Our busy Personal Injury team in Clerkenwell, Nr Islington, are looking to recruit a full time, experienced legal secretary. Based in offices close to Farringdon station
The ideal candidate will be fully conversant with Claimant PI work and have fast, accurate audio typing skills.
Duties include audio typing, preparation of standard letters, making and taking calls for the PI team. Dealing with incoming post, liaising with other secretaries and assisting with various tasks as and when required. Although you will work as part of a secretarial team, you will be responsible for secretarial and administration duties for an allocated solicitor at a specialist level.
Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Excellent salary available to the ideal candidate.
Legal Costs Negotiator
Based in offices near Hamilton Square train station we are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Costs Negotiator who is dedicated to recovering the highest possible amount, in the quickest timescales, whilst maintaining quality and customer care.
With at least two years experience within a Law Cost role and with some experience of scheduling and negotiating, preparing points of Dispute and preparing documents for Court .
You will be given responsibility for managing your own caseload of negotiating and settling costs of RTA files and also costing files for detailed assessments where required.
Excellent salary and bonus available to the ideal candidate.
