Uninsured / Untraced Drivers

If the responsible party is an uninsured driver, or failed to stop and remains unidentified, we will redirect your claim to the Motor Insurers Bureau. The MIB is an organisation which protects victims of Uninsured/Untraced driver’s. They will conduct investigations into the claim as well as investigations as to the identity of the responsible party. Once their investigations are completed they will be in a position to consider making an award under the Uninsured Driver’s agreement or alternatively the Untraced Driver’s agreement.
