The Specter Partnership has four offices nationally, employing over 100 staff. The London office is situated in EC1 in the heart of the city and is very accessible being 100 metres from Farringdon tube station. The Wirral office is located within the HM District Land Registry which affords us access to property information throughout England and Wales. Our Commercial Insurance team have offices in Warrington, Cheshire and our Hemel Hempstead (Hertfordshire) offices help provide legal services nationally.

Advanced Technology
Within the last five years, we have made a substantial investment in our computer systems and communications packages to bring us up to date with current technology.
We now operate a sophisticated case management system that increases internal efficiencies, providing us with a competitive advantage in the eyes of clients and referral partners. It also provides electronic access to the Land Registry and Local Authorities, which helps to speed up the conveyancing process.
Our FileView facility provides instant, online access to case information, held within our case management system, enabling our clients and authorised referral partners to track cases online, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. FileView is accessible via a secure password system over a secure internet link and publishes live data, meaning that you can view up to the minute case progress, not just a daily log, without having to pick up the phone or put pen to paper.
On the 1st June 2008, we launched our e-chat facility, ‘Live Chat’, which assists us in giving our clients a superior customer support service. With just the click of the mouse, website visitors can contact our support team for live advice and assistance
